Cheryl Prater has been a resident of Las Vegas, NV. for over 17 years.  She is the loving wife of Dr. Michael Prater and has two children.  They enjoy traveling, fitness, and entertaining friends and family. She stands 5’5” and has blonde hair and hazel eyes.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and held many Information Technology certifications.   She was just recently crowned Mrs. North America 2012 in August.  Just the fact that she was able to compete for the title was a remarkable feat considering the fact that at the same time a year ago, she was battling to stay alive and regain her health.  Cheryl suffered from a debilitating and mysterious illness, M.E./CEBV.  Cheryl’s health had deteriorated so much it forced her to prematurely end her distinguished career.   Once she regained her health, it became her mission to inspire, empower, and help others to become the best they can be.  Cheryl received a second chance at life and she wants to inspire others to go for their second chance at life.   Cheryl is a spokes model for various businesses in the Las Vegas area and would like to branch out to larger corporations.  “I believe with my education and age, I am able to inspire woman of all ages to strive to reach their best in life.”   In addition to charitable endeavors, Cheryl spends time as a spokes model, traveling abroad, and fostering animals.  If Cheryl is not at a charity event she is at her son’s baseball games, helping her daughter finish her senior year of high school, or spending time with her family.   For more information on Cheryl or if you would like to have her come to your event please contact her at [email protected] follow her on Facebook Cheryl Prater – Mrs North America Globe
